Health & Wellbeing Services: We work with HR teams to define wellbeing strategies and design interventions to meet organisational goals. We help define key wellbeing metrics that reflect the health of the organisation. Our approach is holistic, and our programmes target various dimensions of wellbeing: emotional, physical, mental, nutritional, financial, occupational, environmental and social.
Biometric Assessments
Most organisations conduct biometric assessments. Few get meaningful reporting to identify key health risks.
